Located just a few miles outside of Troy on the scenic Leona Road, our retail store is your stop for fresh cut meat and specialty items. Choose from the selection of choice beef and pork cuts in our display case or request a cut to your specifications. Come on by!

Where does our meat come from?
In our shop, we offer both choice (grain-fed) and grass-fed beef as well as pastured pork.
Our choice beef is pasture and corn raised prime black Angus, purchased from Creekstone Farms.
Our pork comes Leidy’s pork products near Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The pigs are hormone-free and raised on a soybean and corn-based diet.
Grass-fed Beef
As well as raising our own herd of grass-fed Angus beef, we work with a network of beef farmers to source locally-raised, strictly grass-fed beef, a wide variety of which you can find in our shop. You can also purchase whole sides of grass-fed beef (and pastured pork) by half or whole. See our pricing sheets for more information
Freezer Selection
Our fully stocked freezers feature a wide assortment of frozen seafood, home-made specialties, and finger foods, perfect for any occasion: from super-bowl parties to back yard BBQ’s! We have regular promotions on many of our seasonal items, but please contact us to place an order.
House-Made Specialties
A few of our house-made favorites include our Hot or Mild (Sweet) Italian Sausage, Marinated Spiedies, and Ring Bologna.
