Organic Processing

We are certified by NOFA-NY as an organic processor and handler. You may find our current Organic Certificate HERE.

If you would like to have your organically-raised and certified animals processed by us as certified organic, we must have the following two documents PRIOR to processing:

1. Your current organic certificate issued from your organic certifying agency.
2. A completed Slaughter Affirmation Form that indicates the animals you bring in are organic slaughter eligible.  Here is the link to the form: SLAUGHTER AFFIRMATION FORM Ensure the middle column (“Slaughter Eligible”) is checked.
